# Terms of service

> The terms that govern the use of Atlasberg products: accounts, plans and payments, cancellation, acceptable use, intellectual property, liability and applicable law.

## The agreement

Using the Atlasberg site or products creates a contract between you and Sobimann Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA, CNPJ 33.302.232/0001-53, headquartered in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

The full text covers definitions, the description of the services, accounts, plans, cancellation, acceptable use, content ownership, third-party integrations, warranties, liability, indemnity, suspension, changes and the applicable law.

## Accounts, plans and payments

- One Atlasberg Account gives access to the products you hire; you are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials safe.
- Paid plans renew on the agreed cycle until cancelled, and prices, taxes and payment methods follow the plan you signed.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; refunds follow Brazilian consumer law.

## Acceptable use

- Do not use the products for unlawful activity, to attack or overload the infrastructure, or to bypass security and licensing controls.
- Do not upload content you have no right to process, and do not use the products to violate third-party rights.
- We may suspend access when these rules are broken, with notice whenever notice is possible.

## Ownership, liability and law

You keep the rights to the content you submit. Atlasberg keeps the rights to the platform, its software, brand and documentation.

Liability is limited as described in the full text, and Brazilian law applies, with the courts of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, as the elected forum.
